Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove all packaging materials. Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. (Fat side up) Add 1 cup of water to pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 18-22 minutes per pound until the meat thermometer reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees. Allow the meat to rest three minutes before serving.
